Wondering when your cuttings will ship, which variety suits your climate, or whether something sold out is coming back? We grow and eat from every tree we sell, so ask away.

What to include

Order questions: your order number (it’s on your confirmation email) so we can pull it up straight away.
Variety questions: your zip or growing zone — the right fig for coastal fog isn’t the right fig for the valley.
Availability: the variety and form (cutting or tree) you’re after, and we’ll tell you when it’s back.

Response time

A real person reads every message, usually replying within a day or two. Mondays and Tuesdays are shipping days, so replies can be a little slower then.
